First Hive Inspection

Well, I managed to wait the required two weeks before peeking into the hive to take a look.  So far, so good.  The bees are still there, and we were able to locate the queen (Wayne found her).  I think they are settling in quite well.   There are definitely brood cells although the pattern is a little bit weird and they seem to be mostly storing uncapped honey. Currently they are functioning completely on the old frames  – they haven’t even started drawing out comb on the new ones.
